COMPLAINTS

Summary of Complaints process

1. If appropriate the parent should firstly take their complaint to the relevant class teacher or Headteacher . 
2. If unresolved the complaint should be heard by the chair of governors or the Headteacher .
3. If the complainant is still not satisfied, the matter should be taken to a specially convened group of governors
4. If still unresolved the complainant needs to write to the Secretary of State
